The Wellington Rape Crisis (WRC) Annual Street Appeal is coming up on Friday the 4th of June, between 7:30am-6pm. WRC is a not-for-profit community agency. We provide free and confidential support, advocacy and counseling to the survivors of sexual harm and rape; And to their families, friends and whānau. Through education and training, WRC aims to create change around sexual abuse and rape in the Wellington community.
Together we can work towards eradicate sexual violence and rape in the Wellington community.

Everyone is welcome to volunteer. There are four main sites for collection: Willis Street (near New World Metro); Lambton Quay (outside The Capital); Cnr Cuba Street and Manners Mall (outside Bank Shoes) and the Railway Station (near the bus stops).
